The Women of Impact Community: A personal growth program to empower women to become influential leaders. They gain insights, tools, and support for making a positive impact in their life.
Projects
Annual social projects where we contribute to society. We volunteer by getting involved in an existing project or offering our own project to a non-profit organization.
Events
Throughout the year, we organize online and in-person events to connect, inspire, teach, and equip women in their personal growth and faith.
Resources
In the future, an online learning platform will offer masterclasses and training courses for purchase, providing valuable resources for personal growth.

The power of Jesus Christ
There is nothing more transformative and empowering than the love and power of Jesus Christ. His presence in our lives can unlock doors we never imagined possible, guiding us towards our dreams and fulfilling our divine mission.
Jesus teaches us that with faith, all things are possible. He said, "I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit" (John 15:5).
When we stay connected to Him, we are nourished, empowered, and capable of achieving great things.

Meet the founder
The founder of Women of Impact Ministries is Satcha Maduro-Valies. She mentors women to create lasting impacts, achieve their goals, and lead significant lives. Once a struggling single mother in debt, she overcame depression through faith in Jesus Christ. Now a certified John Maxwell Team coach and speaker, Satcha transforms lives by fostering mindset and attitude changes for personal and professional growth. Her powerful speeches inspire, connect, and motivate audiences. Happily married and reunited with her daughter, she coaches and trains in the Netherlands and the Caribbean. She leads Women of Impact Ministries and inspires as a jazz and gospel singer, proving that with God, all things are possible.
